The process begins with CCentric conducting a thorough Training Need Assessment and Analysis (TNAA). Afterwards, we conduct the necessary eligibility and screening test.
The candidates chosen for this extensive training are charged a nominal fee, and Ccentric and provide them with their accommodation, food, and social security needs.
The candidates are then provided with a two-month practical industrial training program at our plant, crafted in consultation with engineering experts to suit the needs of various plants and sections.
All students receive a mentor, where they are given two months of training. At the end of this period, students are assessed and evaluated, and those who pass the test are placed in automotive and engineering industries as part of their workforce.
The selected students are awarded the certifications by FMCIII, MMCOE and Marathwada Mitra Mandal's College of Engineering (MMCOE), Government of India.

Our organization, CCentric, takes great care of the students enrolled in the program owing to our partnership with Marathwada Mitra Mandal's College of Engineering . The hostel rooms in the campus are of high standards and come fully-equipped with all necessary amenities. We ensure that the hostel environment is pleasant and conducive to learning for all students.
We also have a dedicated team of staff members who are available to provide assistance and guidance to our students. Additionally, we have taken all the necessary safety measures to ensure the security and well-being of our students.
We not only provide high-quality accommodation, but also take care of food services. We have a mess facility to cater to the students' food needs and we strictly adhere to food safety practices to ensure that all students are provided with safe and quality food. A high standard of hygiene and sanitation is maintained throughout.
